Valspar's Manufacturer's Certificate is to be used by homeowners for tax credit per the Energy Policy Act of 2005. Homeowners that have purchased a metal roof coated with a Valspar SR coating should keep a copy of this document along with their purchase receipt, but do not have to submit a copy with their tax return.
