Coil coating is an ecologically and economical way to paint thin sheets of steel or aluminum in a continuous process. The finished sheets are used in various forms of roofing and cladding, for appliances, furniture and fittings, engineering components, and other finished goods. In the coil coating system, emissions are minimized. During the manufacturing process, solvent emissions are collected in the incineration plant and the heat energy produced can be used for the heating of the paint line and drying oven. The overall process generates only a nominal amount of waste, making the coil coating method an environmentally friendly alternative. The main coil product types are based on fluoropolymer, silicone polyester, and polyester resin technologies. Coil coating generates a lot of benefits:
After application the coil coated material can be cut, slit, formed, corrugated, profiled, and molded into a variety of shapes for metal building products and systems. Performance Overview: Coil Product Summary
